DreamWrights leadership has closed operations to the public until we receive further notice from our Governor and Mayor. During this time of closure, we have been anything BUT dark. We have developed an extensive slate of free online programming called “Open for Creativity”  designed to keep our community engaged and connected during this interim period. We ask that you continue to support us in any way that you can and help keep cultural activities thriving.

Our Business Office is open by appointment only, our staff is working remotely or in the building as needed. We can be reached via email, should you need anything. As a community-driven organization, we cherish your efforts to connect! Our social media presence is alive and well and your engagement is appreciated.

We are taking this opportunity to complete annual building maintenance inspections, organize and thoroughly clean Props & Set storage, Costume Shop, and Scenic Build areas. These steps will allow us to hit the ground running once we have approval to reopen.

Summer Camps: We offered an abbreviated slate of camps with reduced enrollment numbers. In order to minimize the number of people gathering together, each Camp was held in its own location within the building with staggered snack and lunch breaks. Campers were taken outdoors each day, weather permitting. All end of camp Showcases were filmed and sent to families. We are implemented the required cleaning and health protocols to keep everyone safe. We appreciate your flexibility as we adjust.

Productions have been canceled or postponed into 2021. We are hopeful and excited to get back to business, whenever that may be. Stay connected!

Our Outdoor Stage: In August, we built an outdoor stage for offering safely-distanced, community-building work. Check it out!
