John Terlazzo has been writing songs since he was 16, poetry even longer. Since the mid-1970s he has been performing his original work with various incarnations of Voices in the Hall, sometimes a duo and sometimes an eleven-piece band. He sings his poems: subtle, surreal landscapes inhabited by the kinds of creatures that live deep inside the human heart.

Now based in upstate New York, Terlazzo returns to York for one night with a full band. Joining him are Kristina Machusick on vocals, flutes and recorders; Paul Wegmann on vocals and lead guitar; and Jake Thro on cello and keyboards.

Two 45-minute sets with a 15-minute intermission.
