PUPPET PALOOZA!
Join us in the art of designing and crafting puppets with masters in the field! All puppets will be featured either in a production (Avenue Q or Avenue Carlisle) or on display in our Rutter’s Concession Gallery Exhibit.

PUPPETS AND PINTS (Ages 21 and up)

Join us as we bring the musical Avenue Q to life! Over the course of four weeks, we will be building the puppet cast of the award-winning show. Each puppet will be constructed of foam, fleece, thread, semi-toxic glue, beer (thank you Old Forge Brewing), cursing, and possibly the blood of the builders. Participants will be asked to glue and sew (some knowledge of sewing will be very helpful) to complete puppets. Each class will also include a puppet exploration time. So, raise your glass and scissors high and join us for some puppet fun.

Four Tuesdays from 7:00-9:00 pm – May 31  – June 21
Tuition $80, DW Members $72
Teaching Artist: Matthew Martsolf

Hone your creativity by devising a new mini-musical production, The Lost Boys, a companion piece to our production of Peter and the Star Catcher.
