AUDITION INSTRUCTIONS
1. Please come prepared with ONE of the following:
A. Share your favorite fact about US history
B. Tell us your favorite joke
2. Next select and prepare ONE of the following monologues. This show is fast paced with many lines and monologues, with that in mind, memorization is NOT required for the audition but strongly encouraged:
3. Click on the Audition Form button and fill it out, listing all conflicts. Conflicts will not prohibit you from being cast, but will assist us in creating a schedule that works for everyone.
4. Check out the link with our Tentative Rehearsal Schedule. This will be adjusted after the show is cast.
CHARACTER DESCRIPTIONS
The characters in the script have the names of the three original male creators of the show. This production will expand the cast size and highly encourage all genders to audition for these classic comic archetypes: Mo, Larry, Curly / The Marx Brothers / The Golden Girls / Designing Women
REED (RED): Smart but short tempered. Believes that they are the leader of the group.
AUSTIN (WHITE): The knowledgeable negotiator who tries to keep the peace while still managing to have fun.
ADAM (BLUE): The lovable life of the party. Endearing, annoying, but leads heart first in everything.
If you are offered a role in the production, the production support fee of $20 (members) or $30 (non-members) is due on or before the Information Night. The fee may be paid by cash, credit card, or check payable to DreamWrights. Scholarship funds are available to cover all those in need. These fees directly support the costs of mounting the production.
REHEARSALS are tentatively scheduled on Tues, Wed, and Thurs from 6-9PM and a few weekend dates from 2-6 pm until tech week.
Off book dates are Saturday, January 7 for Act I and January 21 for Act II.

Full Tech Rehearsal: Sat. Jan. 27 2-8 pm
Tech Week: Jan. 28-31
Performances: Feb. 1-4

CALLBACK INFORMATION:
All actors will be called at 6:00pm and should plan to stay until 9:00pm.
Actors will be grouped in various trios to read from the callback sides 1-3.
