Rupert Meets Mrs. Tales
(Recommended for grades K-5 & Families)
Rupert the Packrat has a book report due for school, but he does not like to read. His adventures begin at the library, as he meets and helps story book characters, all while learning that reading can be useful and most of all fun!

Touring shows book on Tuesdays.
(Other days/times may be available based on cast availability, please inquire.)
Cost is $300 per performance
($50 travel fee applied to locations beyond our 25 mile radius)

Available for students in grades 2-12 & Adults
Classroom Workshops
Length 1 hour
Class Size Maximum 30 students

Acting Games
Through the use of games and activities, learn about the actor's resources of imagination, concentration, observation & sensory awareness.
Project Yourself
Students learn how to read a script and stage directions while
practicing vocal articulation & projection.
Improvisation
Students learn how to think on their feet by creating characters and scenes with just their imaginations, bodies & voices. Take risks, work together and build confidence all while having fun.
Character Analysis & Development
Learn the basics of how to analyze a character. Answer the basic questions that every actor must ask themselves as they prepare to play a role.

Storybook Adventures
With the help of the visiting teaching artist, students journey into picture books throught the use of movement, imagination, character play and sensory discovery.
